Cancellation policy
Please note all appointment cancelled within less than 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
We kindly ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Since we do not schedule multiple clients within the same hour, last minute cancellations and late arrivals impose a great inconvenience and loss to the salon.
Technical Services
Complimentary consultations are available with your stylist prior to 'Technical Services' to discuss your condition, products and techniques most suitable for your individual style. Hair should not be washed for at least 2 to 4 days prior to relaxer or texturiser, this is to minimise scalp irritation and sensitivity during application.
Two clear weeks should be allowed between texturiser or relaxer appointments for permanent colour work. The relaxer should be carried out first to avoid colour fade.
Extra charges may apply for natural, long hair or additional time at the discretion of your stylist.
